"A dream you dream alone is only a dream. A dream you dream together is reality." - John Lenon

EX: Biggest milestone in your life.
HIM: In a career spanning three decades, I have had the opportunity to be surrounded by the brightest minds. I wouldn’t want to call out one milestone, but for me, personally, every opportunity got me to move out of my comfort zone, and step into uncharted territory; trying things I never tried before and ensuring I was successful.

EX: Book(s) that have influenced your life.
HIM: First on my list – ‘Playing to Win’ by A. G. Lafley and Roger L. Martin. Second, would be ‘Factfulness’ by Hans Rosling.

EX: An unusual app on your smartphone.
HIM: ‘Quip’, a content collaboration platform that makes it easy for me to stay organised and keep work moving with all critical data at my fingertips.

EXThe next product on your tech-wishlist.
HIM: The ‘Amazon Kindle Oasis’

EX: 3 habits you think are most important in order to be an effective leader.
HIM: 1. Courage – People need someone who can make difficult decisions to watch over the good of the organisation.
2. Listen more than you talk – Listening for context and content will help you understand what is truly going on.
3. Authenticity – Be honest in all things you do, say, and most importantly, who you are.

EX: The best tech innovation according to you.
HIM:  Smooth-talking AI assistants: new techniques that capture semantic relationships between words are making machines better at understanding natural language.

EXYour ideas and views on sustainable technology
HIM: At Salesforce, we consider the environment to be a key stakeholder and we are committed to harnessing our culture of innovation to improve the state of the world. I personally believe the sustainable technology innovation wave is only just building.

EX: Your upcoming career goals
HIM: What I currently do is extremely important for me for a career perspective. Feeling hopeful, having a sense of purpose, being optimistic is important as I work towards solving old, real world problems and challenges with newer technologies that impact lives.
