HIM: I count the value system we have inculcated in my children as the biggest milestone achieved in my life.

HIM: The first book that has influenced my life is R Goplakrishnan’s ‘What the CEO Wants From You’. The second book that has influenced me tremendously is Steve Jobs’ ‘Icon’.
EX: An unusual app on your smartphone.
HIM: I don’t like clutter – be it in my life or on my phone, so you won’t find any unnecessary or unusual apps there.
EX: The next product on your tech-wishlist.
HIM: I’ve always wanted an aircraft drone and plan to get one, once the licensing opens-up in Delhi.
EX: 3 habits you think are most important in order to be an effective leader.
HIM: Disciplined execution – this is what leads to accomplishments. Secondly, hiring the best and empowering them to achieve goals. Finally, the most important one – to stay authentic and human.

HIM: Mobile phones itself, were the biggest tech inventions ever and changed connectivity as we know it. The Google ecosystem that is the search engine has been one of the biggest tech innovations till date. Lastly, OTT platforms such as Netflix – in an age where data speeds are getting better, have allowed us to take control of our entertainment.
EX: Your ideas and views on sustainable technology
HIM: Sustainability is doing what’s right and finding the balance towards long-term viability and short-term gains. Technology at the cost of people, environment and health can never work in the long run.
EX: Your upcoming career goals
HIM: I have always focused on giving my best towards the opportunities I have been awarded, rather than setting any personal goals. I strive to do better at what I am doing currently and aspire to grow along with the brand and the organization.
