HIM: Technology has an inherent disruption built into it, but disruption needn’t be bad for the environment. What mankind has done to the planet over the last 100 years is more damaging than the last million, forcing us to think of next frontiers i.e. space. However, we need to leverage technological advances to improve, enhance productivity and rebuild as no life-form is sustainable if its core is destruction, even if that happens over millions of years. Climate change is real and we owe it to our children to give them a better planet than the one we inherited from our parents.

HIM: Growth in anything we do brings about the need for developing new leaders. The nature of the digital ecosystem gives businesses an ability to grow their reach in a 360 degree manner, hence providing opportunities both horizontally and vertically, whilst sticking to core ones. The digital entertainment world has many layers of engagement and the time spent by consumers can lead to consumption, deeper engagement and even commerce.
