Huawei P9 leaks Leica co-developed dual lens camera

Huawei’s tagline “Change the way you see the world”, is definitely on point, leaking out Leica co-developed dual lens camera. Integrating such a feature in the P9 just goes to show how photography is going to change how images will be shot and captured. Apart from that, the images clearly show dual camera setup with a fingerprint scanner which is expected out of every smartphone that is developed. Before the event launches, which is few days from now, let’s get a sneak in at the specs sheet to see how the P9 feels and looks on paper.

The Huawei P9 will be unveiled on April 6 and we can’t wait for it, as every leak is breezing us with a hurricane. Leica is a German camera technology and we’re hoping the camera delivers up to the mark. Earlier it stated, P9 would have an OIS feature and we were expecting to be surprised in every department. The leaks are always true, as it suggests besides the flash, the camera also features a laser autofocus. Camera lovers are in for a treat with the P9 as it has been referred to a flagship by Huawei. The front camera is packed with 5MP for image shooters and a 12MP dual rear camera. Camera may surely be the headline grabber without any doubts.

Under the hood comes with, it’s home grown processor of Kirin 955 Soc, being top of the line processor. Boasting a 4GB RAM with Mali- T880 on the graphics side, gives you the gaming experience, every gamer desires and dreams of. It runs on eight cores divided into Quad core clocking 2.3 GHz and Quad core 1.8 GHz respectively. It will give you a ROM of 64GB on a hybrid sim slot extendable upto 128GB.

Coming to the screen and resolution, it sports a 5.2 inch screen with a resolution of 1920×1080 Full HD protected with Corning Glass 4. It runs on Emotion UI smoothly on an Android version of v6.0 Marshmallow. The battery is non-removable on a 3000 mAh battery with a USB type C port. Although, we need to see, if it supports fast charging as there is no updates about the same. Don’t be confused as you have three variants to choose from P9, P9 Lite and P9 Max.
